Dropout Students
Dropout students are those who leave school before finishing their studies, often because of poverty, lack of parental support or from an inability to cope with personal challenges. At NEIEA, we help these students by offering free online education with skilled mentors, giving them a pathway for mainstreaming, and pursuing higher education or vocational education. Rallying peer and community support as well as continuous counseling will stop the dropout. Timely intervention when absenteeism is seen and counseling initiated will act to arrest the dropout. With personalized guidance, we want to reignite their love for learning and provide essential skills, opening doors to new opportunities and positive transformations in their lives. Our commitment is to keep supporting them and making education fair and equal for everyone.
