Working with NEIEA
As a employee, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding underprivileged youth, including slum dwellers, homeless individuals, orphans, and madrasa students, who lack access to mainstream education. The NEIEA's Teaching Advantages
- Teachers will be trained on Discourse Oriented Pedagogy.
- Teachers will be trained on Google Classroom and other apps used for teaching.
- Time given for class preparation.
- Teaching from home and saving commuting time and transportation hassle.
- Flexibility in timing.
- Decent salary and democratic working environment.
- Rs 25K after 3 months Training. Salary will be 50% during Training
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of proven teaching experience.
Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred as we cater to students of various regions.
Master's degree or minimum bachelor's degree.

Familiarity with technology and experience with online teaching.
Highly motivated to teach marginalised youth and bring transformative change in their lives.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High energy and flexibility are required.
Will be working with Educational institutions and leaders.
